If not running, I have to cancel the sale. Usually I put it under 60W lamp and it runs but very slowly. 100W is a bit better and under the sun, it should run good. Now, when you get it and try to decide WHERE to hang/place this, make sure it will get enough brightness - lumen - to turn it. Even if you think the place is bright enough, say, next to the picture window, it may not run because the area does not have enough lumen. So, try it around the house. Thanks.
